Dunno how or why I came up with this but I had a good laugh coming up with it.

Class Name: Gender Mage

Background:
Long hours of studying what makes the opposite sex tick and exploiting that is what the Gender Mage does best. Very charismatic and fun people to be around, they are the life of any party but their true intentions are never known. Experts at keeping members of the opposite sex dazed through their personalities, charms and flat-out good looks allows them to set up someone for the night of their life, or to end it.

Armor:
60 AL with +15 versus opponents of the opposite gender.

Energy:
Base Energy: 30. Armors will grant a total of +15 for one set, +10 the rest.

Weapon:
For Females: A knife concealed in a fan.
For Males: A knife hidden in the sleeve of armor.

Knife Damage: 12-16

As well as a necklace that is an “off-hand” that grants energy.

Necklace: +1-12 Energy.

Abilities:

Charisma (Primary)
Points in this attribute grant you a +1% increase in the duration of all of your spells and skills that affect characters of the opposite gender and all skills and spells from Charms.

Femininity (Females Only)
Points in this attribute increase the potency of skills tied to disabling Male targets and some affects against Female targets.

Masculinity (Male Only)
Points in this attribute increase the potency of skills tied to disabling Female targets and some affects against Male targets

Charms
Points in this attribute increase the potency of skills tied to disabling or weakening any opponent.

Backstab
Points in this attribute increase damage with skills related to attacking disabled opponents.

Charismatic Visage {Elite}
Energy: 15
Cast Time: 2
Recharge: 25
Elite Spell. Target foe begins attacking you but you take no damage for (1…6) seconds. This foe is considered to be under the effects of Femininity, Masculinity and Charms for your abilities for (1…15) seconds.

Aura of Charisma {Elite}
Energy: 10
Cast Time: 2
Recharge: 30
Enchantment Spell. For (1…25) seconds, any hostile foes that are Dazed that target you have a (50…65)% chance to have their skill interrupted.

Cross Dress
Energy: 10
Cast Time: 4
Recharge: 25
Skill. You are easily interrupted while using this skill. Change your Gender to the opposite one for (5…20) seconds. You are easily interrupted while using this skill. If you are Interrupted while using this skill, you gain –40 Armor for (1…10) seconds.

Genderstorm
Energy: 15
Cast Time: 2
Recharge: 45
Hex Spell. For (1…15) seconds, target Female is now Male or vice versa.

Femininity (Females Only)

Flash {Elite}
Energy: 10
Recharge: 30
Elite Stance. While in this stance, you gain –30 Armor and all hostile Males in the area are Dazed and attack and cast (25…80)% slower for (1…15) seconds.

Tease {Elite}
Energy: 10
Recharge: 10
Elite Skill. Disable all of target Male’s skills for (1…8) seconds. All of your skills are disabled for 5 seconds.

Blow Kiss
Energy: 5
Cast Time: 1
Recharge: 15
Skill. Target hostile Male is Dazed for (1…10) seconds.

Wink
Energy: 5
Cast Time: ¼
Recharge: 15
Skill. Interrupt target hostile Male’s current action.

Kiss
Energy: 5
Recharge: 8
Skill. Target touched hostile Male loses (1…20) Armor and cannot attack for 5 seconds.

Cat Fight
Energy: 10
Recharge: 30
Stance. While in this stance, all hostile Females in the area target you only for (1…10) seconds.

“Get Away From My Man!”
Energy: 10
Cast Time: ¼
Recharge: 30
Shout. All hostile Female Characters in the area cannot target Male party members for (1…7) seconds.

Masculinity (Males Only)

Flex {Elite}
Energy: 5
Recharge: 30
Elite Skill. All hostile Females in the area cannot move, attack, use skills or cast spells for (1…7) seconds. You cannot move or use skills for 4 seconds.

Perfect Gentleman {Elite}
Energy: 15
Cast Time: 2
Recharge: 30
Elite Skill. All of adjacent hostile Female’s skills are disabled for (1…8) seconds.

Romantic Look
Energy: 10
Recharge: 10
Skill. Target hostile Female cannot use skills for (1…4) seconds.

Visage of Oibaf
Energy: 15
Recharge: 15
Spell. All hostile Females in the area are Dazed for (2…8) seconds. All hostile Males in the area are Dazed for (1…3) seconds.

Taunt
Energy: 5
Recharge: 10
Skill. Target hostile Male attacks you only for (1…6) seconds and all of their skills are disabled for 3 seconds.

Bar Room Brawl
Energy: 10
Recharge: 30
Stance. For (4…10) seconds, while in this stance, all Males, except you, in the area begin randomly attacking hostile targets. Whenever they hit a Female, they take (10…23) damage.

Recharge: 30
Shout. All Hostile Females in the area are Dazed for (1…6) seconds.

Charms

Sexy Charm {Elite}
Cast Time: 2
Recharge: 30
Charm. For (1…15) seconds you gain +2 to all of your abilities and all foes in the area are Dazed for (1…5) seconds.

Woman’s Charm
Cast Time: ¼
Recharge: 30
Charm. If used by a Female, all hostile Males in the area are interrupted and Dazed for (1…7) seconds. If used by a Male, all hostile Males attack you for 10 seconds.

Manly Man’s Charm
Cast Time: ¼
Recharge: 30
Charm. If used by a Male, interrupt all hostile Female’s actions in the area and they gain –(1…10) Armor for (1…7) seconds. If used by a Female, all hostile Females attack you for 10 seconds.

Knockout Personality Charm
Cast Time: 2
Recharge: 20
Charm. Target foe is Dazed for (1…5) seconds.

Charisma Charm
Cast Time: 2
Recharge: 30
Charm. Target foe gains a 50% chance to miss you for (1…7) seconds.

Backstab

Never Trust Me {Elite}
Energy: 5
Recharge: 8
Elite Knife Attack. Target foe must be under the effects of Femininity, Masculinity or Charms. Your target takes +(20…45) damage and begins Bleeding for (7…15) seconds.

Butterfly Blade {Elite}
Energy: 10
Recharge: 8
Elite Knife Attack. All of your non-Backstab skills are disabled for (5…2) seconds if target foe is not under any of the effects of anything from Femininity, Masculinity or Charms and target foe gains 75% chance to block this attack. Attack target foe twice for +(15…28) damage each time.

Cutthroat
Energy: 10
Recharge: 10
Knife Attack. Target foe must be under the effects of Femininity, Masculinity or Charms. Target foe takes +(9…19) damage and begins bleeding for (5…17) seconds.

Venom Blade
Energy: 10
Recharge: 25
Knife Attack. Target foe must be under the effects of Femininity, Masculinity or Charms.
Target foe is Poisoned for (3…12) seconds.

Up the Sleeve
Energy: 5
Recharge: 5
Knife Attack. Target foe must be under the effects of Femininity, Masculinity or Charms.
Target foe takes +(10…24) damage.

Spinal Gouge
Energy: 15
Recharge: 20
Knife Attack. Target foe must be under the effects of Femininity, Masculinity or Charms. Target foe cannot attack or move and suffers from a Deep Wound for (10…20) seconds. All of your Backstab skills are disabled for (1…6) seconds.

Thoughts: Seems a little overpowered. Mesmers would be put out of business.
Suggestions: Change the name to 'Charmer', or something similar, maybe?
Thoughts pt II: Stereotypical Wammos/Male-played Female Eles (the kind that only dance in pre) seem to be the failing prototypes of this.
Also:
"Get Away from my Man!"- Add in, potentially, a dazing effect on all but one male, made entirely at random. If there's three guys in a party, one of which is me, and the only female there decides to scream that, I'm sure as heck going to be confused.

LOL, battle of the sexes. One of the most creative (and hilarious) classes I've ever seen. Saddest part is, I think it would actually work! Could bring a lot of fun into GW, even moreso than Mesmers.

One skill I was gonna give to Masculinity I was gonna call "I Can't Beleive It's Not XXXXXX." Couldn't plug a GW word into the XXXXXX. Butter just doesn't work for GW lol.
